Doug is a former legislator and businessman from Springdale. He served in the Arkansas Legislature from 2003-2007. His record of legislative service shows he fought hard and delivered victories to his campaign promise to streamline government. He was the primary sponsor of two cost cutting acts: one which streamlined the adoption process in Arkansas and another merging two state agencies which saved Arkansas taxpayers millions of dollars.
